KVCore seems to have dozens more features than I even utilize. It's always on my mind to learn more about the system and slowly integrate more and more of it's capabilities into my day-to-day. What would you say is one of it's best tools that is likely underappreciated or underused?

While using market reports

I have received a number of faux leads. I still follow-up just in case. However, many have false names, emails and phone numbers. Some provide contact information for another person, which causes concern for that individual.

Need help removing random numbers

I need to be able to create a report with a brief description, pictures and maps for my clients.

I feel like I could do more with marketing? Email templates to capture the buyers and sellers and get a response to encourage them. If anyone can suggest their best course of action.

Not as user friendly or I haven't figured out a way to easily add address information for my contacts without going deep into the contact content.
