Our team really liked their global presence and ability to get people from markets we had no idea how to approach (mostly in Eastern Africa). Pretty similar to other services but they are 50% of the cost of the dominant vendor we currently use for similar work.
They would present us candidates and then schedule the interviews for us directly. It only took them 24 hours to find six people for us, which is faster than our other vendor as well.
