The people at Zinrelo, are very responsive, and always looking for ways to allow us to better use their product. They make suggestions of campaigns that we can use, and are always happy to jump on a call to show us how to accomplish it. Sometimes there are things that will require them to pull reports, lists of certain members, or execute things from the backend, and they are always happy to do that for us. They are always quick to respond, when we have something we need. They are truly a pleasure to work with. The system has been fully integrated with Zinrelo's api, so as returns are made in our Netsuite system, points are automatically deducted from the loyalty program, without our team needed to do anything extra. It makes it work seamlessly. We also love that we were able to integrate this with our Netsuite SiteBuilder site, as integrations are not always possible with that platform.

Zinrelo has been great to work with. They are very responsive and proactive with suggestions for improvement. It was very easy to setup and the admin dashboard is very easy to use. Our executive team has been very impressed with our activity to date. It's wonderful that we can easily add rules to make certain product exempt from receiving rewards.
