I couldn't believe how many options this program had. I've been teaching yoga for nearly a decade now, and I have to say I come up with some pretty in depth and specific sequences. I was really impressed of how easy it was to customize the notes on this site, and even add my own images and poses. I think, for a newer instructor still building their wheelhouse of poses and sequences, this is a great too - because you can see everything visually, and even view and borrow other instructors sequences if you are looking for inspiration.
