Off to a good start!

I really enjoy the transparency across teams in my organization. By linking our OKR's, we have clear alignment and dependencies to show how each group can work independently, but also support our higher level objectives. The progress bar for how we're tracking towards completion of OKR's for the quarter is visible and quickly shows our wins and where additional focus is needed. I also enjoy that my entire team is marching toward the same OKR's and we're supporting each other for success.
