Welligent is easy to navigate, and tabs and sections are clearly labeled and easy to find. The ability to open five charts at a time is excellent.

I like that Welligent can be accessed from any web browser. The navigation is very user-friendly, especially for direct care staff to document everything they need to document. I also like how much data is available and that there is an option to run reports to quickly collect that data. There are a lot of simple, well-designed features that make the user experience better, such as the option to set a home module within Welligent so that on login you go straight to the specific module you use most often.
