Igor balances customization options and ease of use. You can change many elements of graphs and figures, like the axes, tick marks, colors, fonts, keys, trace color and style, etc. At the same time, there is a UI which is not impossible to learn.

This program allows you to do a thousand more things and customization than any other graphing tool I've used. For the mass amount of things you can do, it is surprisingly user friendly. The graphs are easier to manipulate to what you desire without needing to look up tricks like in Microsoft excel. If you research or job is very statistical/mathematically heavy, this program will serve wonders.
