It seems to be fairly simple to navigate and find what I need. Other areas I have no idea what they are so I stay away from them. It was easy to change bank account information when we switched accounts. I use it often to look up credit card payments and sometimes to refund charges which was easier to do than I thought it was. I don't know much about the nuts and bolts of implementing it so I can't speak to that.
