Easy to use, not too bad customer service

So far, I have no complaints about Authorize.net's services. I am using their services as part of my bank's offering. I find their merchant interface easy to use, although I would like to have more editing options when creating invoices and the ability to mark invoices as paid if a customer decides to use a different payment method. I haven't had any significant issues and when I had needed to contact customer support they have addressed my concerns appropriately.
