Varicent is a very powerful sales incentive tool with a lot of flexiblity and robust customer support that is committed to customer success. I like that the product team makes regular improvements that improve existing functionality and expand the scope of what is possible in the platform. The end-user experience for our implementation has been overwhelmingly positive.

Varicent is a very intuitive software program. I am able to administer the program with minimal IT experience and minimal coding (SQL is helpful for automating imports, but basic SQL ability gets you quite far). It's highly customizable and the customer support is excellent. Varicent's commitment to additional development is impressive - the changes to the product are almost always welcomed and the product has been significantly upgraded in the two years we've had it. They have put significant resources into developing training materials, mostly available online. Since it is highly customizable, a Varicent consultant group (of which there are many) is a good investment for implementation.
