Lots to love but the best thing is the speed of development by the team (although not at the cost of rushing things). As a developer myself it always frustrates me when teams take months to add a simple feature. Not so here. Acadle is adding features at a good pace.

Easy setup, easy management of content and users.
For training resources the gamification and certification options (customization options from the onboarding plan and up) are awesome!
Drip campaigns for (re)engagement are nice. Analytics and user behavior insight are there plenty.
