There is a peace-of-mind element that comes with using UnitQ. Platforms like ours have a lot of different tentacles to it and UnitQ allows us to have coverage across the entire ecosystem, even in areas that may not be as much of a focus at the present time. With a lot of product launches happening all the time, UnitQ enables our teams to know what users are saying, how they are reacting to the product, and gives us a chance to iterate quick.

Brilliant tool to ensure the voice of the customer is heard companywide!

Quick & easy access to trending and top customer pain points. Powerful search and filtering options allow fast time to insight and easily distributed findings. Brilliant integrations, including slack & Jira allow for various options to share with different teams around the company. The alerts function is very helpful and lets you know something is happening without continually checking. UnitQ team are incredibly helpful with any amendments or improvements required.

Je dois souligner "proactif" et "efficace" comme mots-clés. Les retours sont organisés en "Moniteurs de Qualité" automatiquement à mesure que les tendances apparaissent. Les alertes personnalisées vous permettent de choisir ce sur quoi garder un œil plus attentif, chaque alerte permettant un seuil unique par Moniteur de Qualité (j'adore l'intégration avec Slack pour cela !). Ensuite, ajoutez les multiples sources de retours que vous pouvez connecter et l'efficacité commence à se démarquer. Une fois activés et les Moniteurs de Qualité commencés à générer pour nous, nous avons été ravis de voir les démonstrations tenir leur promesse car nous avons immédiatement vu des opportunités signalées dans l'outil sans investir beaucoup de temps à les "chasser". Je dois aussi dire que l'équipe de réussite client est très engagée et je suis enthousiaste de voir comment l'outil se développe à mesure que nous continuons à l'utiliser et à partager des retours.
