Advanced QA automation insights available with Twixor

i really like the analytics dashboard because it pulls in data from a bunch of sources (our emal, whatsapp, rcs campaigns, any customer conversations, business metrics like csat scores, revenue, etc)- this has become very convenient to track our QA efforts in just one place.

Well-advanced NLP feature to build natural-sounding bots

Twixor's NLP and GenAI features is by far my most favourite aspect about Twixor. We usually build simple customer support bots with basic NLP understanding capabilities for specific intents. NLP feature is easy to use because of its drag and drop nature, and i dont really have to code it. its almost always deployed instantly without any challenges.

Loving the new wallet management feature!

We've set up a pre-paid wallet management feature for all our customers. We're now managing customised wallet credits for specific features for each of our customers - this has been super useful with tracking overall invoices, instead of maintaining a manual spreadsheet. also like that this feature is very visually representative - makes for easy analysis of trends and identifying patterns.
