Easy to Use and Track Reports

The UI is simple to understand and logging touch points is easy to do. In fact keeping track of my customers progress and adoption is simple and navigating to what I need is always a few clicks away.

Solid platform - could be more user friendly/customizable

I like that I can centralize all my customer information in one platform. Totango is our source of truth when it comes to customer contracts/renewal dates/key contacts/contract values and communcation history.
