Dans l'ensemble, excellent, j'adore l'accent mis sur l'équipe. Parfois, rencontrer de petits bugs ou des frictions mineures dans l'UX.
J'aime comment Swarmia est axé sur les métriques d'équipe plutôt que sur les individus. Cela permet de donner un accès égal à tout le monde afin que nous puissions discuter ouvertement des idées et réfléchir à notre performance sans nous soucier de mettre les individus "en compétition" les uns avec les autres. J'aime aussi l'intégration Slack et j'apprécie qu'elle ne soit pas trop bruyante.

Their metrics cover everything from pull requests and code reviews to team dynamics and ticket handling, painting a comprehensive picture of how my team and I perform. This granular data has empowered me to make informed decisions and fine-tune our process.
The Swarmia Slack integration is another major win for me - we get a daily digest of open PRs and notifications about GitHub comments.

A tool that is designed to help engineering increase their productivity.
It gives you visibility by providing an accurate picture of what is happening in your team.
It allows you to establish game rules for every indicator giving your team a clear idea of what is expected from them.
It also helps you to understand where the effort is being put on and what your team is working on.
It has integrations with tools like Jira, Github and Slack; I like the Github-Slack integration as it gives visibility on any PR that is in danger of going over the rules.
In general a good product.
