metrics are nice but automation is a high upkeep
Metrics are great but ive struggled to find a stable automated way to provide these metrics. in a large company constantly changing with many new projects/repos being created, its a struggle to keep on top of setting up the automation

I like that since I've connected my Swarmia to my Github account and integrated Swarmia with Slack, everytime someone requests my review on a PR, I get a Slack notification and when someone approves my PR, I also get a notification. The Swarmia notifications for Github are much better than the native Github email/slack notifications.
