The trimming and auto-captions features on Submagic work wonders! Just the fact that it identifies all the silences and that I can easily remove them with 1 click saves me so much time. Also the customer service is 10/10. The software is still not perfect, but Stefan and Mo always solve any issues I might have.

Not even sure where to begin, but let's just say from software to the customer service if submagic had a crypto coin I would be ALL IN. I no longer spend 4+ hours editing 1 reel, and can now film and edit reels daily within 1 hour without sacrificing on any quality. I can only see submagic getting better, but the current state of customer service and support is honestly world class. Especially if you come across Stefan - watch out as he knows how to diffuse and resolve issues as a true professional. I'll be signing up as an affiliate not even for the money, but to raise awareness of an AI company that actually cares about providing excellent service. Thank you submagic!
