I love the solution of automatic replies

I really like that they actually listen to my suggestions when I see something that could be added or made easier. Lots of options. Love the ability to send internal messages between staff members within the patient's conversation that the patient cannot see themselves. So if the patient writes in asking for info about certain services and conditions, I can put a internal staff note just underneath the conversation I have with the patient which will summarize our discussion, and then drop it into the appropriate healthcare provider's inbox to handle it. Then the provider who sees the message will know exactly what they need to do rather than having to dig through the entire conversation I had with the patient. I like the paging feature available, too. With paging, I don't have to move the patient message out of my own inbox for someone else to get involved, I just tag them and the staff member that I want to look at the message with me will be notified.
