J'adore pouvoir utiliser l'application SnapDial en déplacement. Si je suis hors du bureau, je peux toujours répondre à tous les appels entrants, peu importe où je me trouve. Je peux également passer des appels sortants depuis mon téléphone portable en utilisant leur application, ce qui donne l'impression que je suis au bureau. C'est aussi génial parce que je n'ai pas à donner mon numéro personnel pour passer et recevoir des appels.

SnapDials data capabilities have really helped us get a much deeper understanding of our customer, what they need, and most importantly, how we can help them. We now have a lot more data about the customer, and with all touch points coming through the one system we’re finally getting a full picture. This is a big benefit of the company. It’s helped us start to move our customer retention rates up, and we’ve been able to put some steps in to be more proactive. Overall, I think SnapDial is really going to help us become more customer focused and follow through with all the additional services we’d like to provide for our customers.
