Good software, but lots of room for improvement.
I like the search features of documents and emails. The automatic billing is great, even though it probably captures or overestimates time. It is good for big cases, because you can easily search pdfs, and email to find the exact information. Also the fact that it tags emails automatically is great, the AI feature that captures time is great, and the integration with Outlook is awesome.
