Smartling is a powerful tool that combines localization CMS, CAT tool, task tracker, and project tracker. It doesn't excel in each of these roles, but if you need something that versatile, Smartling is a good choice. It's fast, able to process a lot file formats in large volumes. It's pretty flexible in how TMs are leveraged between projects and how workload can be distributed between different translators/vendors. It's pretty easy to learn and use and their customer support usually responds within an hour providing solution to most of the problems. It has integrations with many modern tools and API also works pretty well.
