Using messaging platform: It's a Game changer

The level of their detailed documentation and their tech team's availability for support. All features like group chat, 1o1 chat etc. are great to have. If you are building a chat system from start, no need to go into web socket connection and all other things from basics. Their exposed APIs and SDK methods, makes it easier for any one to onboard with chat system easily.
