ScheduleIt’s an easy-to-use platform that allows you to plan for a variety of work types. I started using it to manage a glazing installation for 80 operatives across 10 teams. But now I use it for transport bookings and design and manufacturing planning as well as timesheet management and so much more. I’ve also managed to integrate it with salesforce and fastfield using Zapier, which has made a huge difference.

The flexibility of ScheduleIT means it can be used to cover many scheduling scenarios - this makes it a very versatile piece of software to have in your toolset. The visualisation via calendar, lists and gantt cover many of the visualisations expected by stakeholders. I find it an invaluable planning and engagement tool for the stakeholders I work with. It has so much to offer and I have only scratched the surface.

Flexibility. I have been using online version and I did enjoy the cloud data storage. The complexity of the application, its numerous "ramifications", and various ways of reaching the desired effect are also a plus, but they can also lead you astray. The ScheduleIt team listens to the voices of customers and implements changes fairly quickly.
