It's a well-developed software with some updates to be done to make it great, and I am waiting for that. Like a lot of software, no matter how good they are, it's nothing when support is lacking. I had an issue, and I find that their live chat is a must have feature (I'm being realistic, immediate response isn't a must, and their response time takes several hours which is fine). I had my email warmup constantly being disabled on its own, and they manage to get their tech support to resolve that issue. They have new features like email rotation, spintax and a dedicated email warmup. And with the addition of 'text only' email, I am really loving Saleshandy and how they are not only listening, but taking all feedback seriously. I have another cold email tool, but I doubt I will be using that since Saleshandy has really upped their game!
