I used to own a video production company pre-digital (back when we were using physical video tape), so I've seen a lot of technical changes over the past four decades. But until Riverside came along, I never was truly impressed by any of the video editing software that--not even Adobe Premier. But I absolutely adore Riverside.fm! It's intuitive and they keep coming out with new features to meet every videographer's wish list. I tell everyone that it's my go-to platform for interviewing people and for creating podcasts. It's just the best. I also adore the tech support team for pulling me back from disaster one weekend when I had made a major mistake. So the perfect software is backed by the perfect tech support team. I also adore Stephen Robles. His YouTube video library of Riverside tips is a life saver and his monthly tips live-stream with Bridget O'Rourke is priceless. You guys are all fantastic and I recommend this software to everyone!

It's simple to use and it's never been easier to interview guests for my podcast. All I do is send them a link and it takes care of everything else for me. I even had a guest with bad internet and riverside did all the work to make sure the audio stayed synced each time the reconnected. I couldn't imagine using anything different. I use this multiple times a week.

Riverside.fm is pretty okay for beginners (people like me) but not necessarily Barney proof. (Insert Wenn). When I messed up and quite literally deleted a file I had been working on somethign for OVER 6 hours, Wenn came to the actual rescue and helped me recover the file. I am still in absolute shock, but I am so thankful for Wenn.
