It has allowed us to identify gaps in our knowledge base automatically. Unlike legacy KBs or ticketing systems, the bot brings to the surface the actual questions our employees are asking that we don't have answers to. It also makes it easy for IT staff to target the KB buildout effort based on the actual gaps.
