I like that I can easily make reservations, modify and cancel them as needed as well. I also like that I receive text message reminders about upcoming reservations and can change them from my phone. I even had a restaurant manager text me through Resy to let me know that their kitchen was under construction and I would not be able to order food that day. Very helpful information.
