I like that Ranktracker can do all the critical things we need from a ranking tool but doesn't break the bank. We can also easily track competitor keywords and rank for them as well.

The UI is great, the navigation is intuitive and straightforward, and compared to other similar tools I tried before, this one stands out. It's easy to track keywords and compare to competitors, plus the keyword suggestion tool is elegant! I highly recommend it.
