QuotaPath is shaking up the commission SaaS space with a beautiful UI and impressive flexibility

As a sales rep that has used varied solutions ranging from extremely manual (e.g. Google Sheets) to "enterprise-grade" (e.g. Xactly) for calculating my commissions, my experience with software for tracking sales commissions was brutally underwhelming prior to using QuotaPath. In general, legacy solutions in the space have been clunky, difficult to use, and inflexible for edge cases. In stark contrast, QuotaPath is beautiful, easy-to-use, and offers unlimited flexibility for managing your sales commissions: Ease-of-Use - Not only is QuotaPath super easy to set up and configure (integrate with your Salesforce instantly), but the user experience afterward is incredibly rich, interactive, and dynamic. As a rep, I can calculate my expected earnings based on different sales forecast scenarios with just a few clicks and measure my YoY performance/earnings in a single pane of glass. It's incredibly motivating for reps to maximize their performance when they can see the tangible differences in closing an extra deal or pulling in a deal a quarter earlier :) Flexibility - I've had a bunch of wonky sales commissions plans during my time as both an SDR and AE, and QuotaPath is surprisingly built to handle all of them. One of the biggest pain points for me as a rep is that many legacy solutions typically do 90% of the calculation but aren't able to factor in that 10% of weirdness, which means I'm still ultimately stuck with manually calculating my commissions every single time. This is super frustrating and I haven't run into this issue with QuotaPath. Automation - QuotaPath's administrator privileges mean that I don't have to change the algorithm every time our comp plan changes-- it automatically maps a Sales Ops Manager's changes in real-time to the global organization. This means I'm not stuck in Excel or Google Sheets changing formulas every time my company changes our comp plan. Support - The QuotaPath team is incredibly hands-on with their support and open to user feedback. During my trial, their Customer Success Manager helped me set up my Salesforce integration and dashboards in a matter of minutes. I've really enjoyed working with their team.
