PROS provides a wide variety of reporting options allowing the user to customize their analytics to suit individual needs. I found this very helpful in an environment where pricing knowledge within the business ranges from a "just give me the basics" attitude all the to "let's dive into the details." Another feature of PROS that is very helpful in this regard are the drill-down capabilities. This feature allowed me, on more than one occasion, to provide instant feedback to a "just give me the basics" leader who suddenly wants exact detail on what led to a high level fluctuation in price.
