The tool is now our source of truth for managing all our commercial renewals within the organisation, helps drive data-driven insights on cost optimisation activities and as a repository for other pertinent information such as MSAs. I love having a regular cadence with our fantastic CSM to talk about product experience, give feedback and see how it's being actioned. Finally, I love being able to use the data extracted within the platform to support our budgeting activities.
