Ce que j'aime le plus chez Productiv, c'est la flexibilité dans la manière dont l'information est affichée. L'information, avant la mise en œuvre de Productiv, était là, mais elle n'était pas entièrement intégrée comme elle l'est maintenant. Je considère définitivement, dans mon rôle de FinOps Manager, mon principal outil de travail.

Glad we made the switch to Productiv

Productiv allows you to capture so many different pieces of information. It has helped me capture spend, renewal dates, business owner contacts, etc. I feel confident in the information Productiv captures through the different connectors. i.e. NetSuite/expense connectors. Our account manager is in constant contact with us making sure we have everything we need. Support is quick to respond.

Productiv est très convivial et facile à utiliser. Nous avons pu le connecter à tous nos systèmes très rapidement, et il nous a immédiatement fourni des données exploitables. Nous gérons tous nos renouvellements avec Productiv en utilisant la fonctionnalité de contrats, et cela nous assure de ne manquer aucun renouvellement, ni de tomber dans un renouvellement automatique. Notre CSM est également excellent, et s'assure que nous soyons connectés aux bonnes personnes pour résoudre tout problème.
