[This is an unincentivized review] We have been a power user of Primer since Q3 FY23; over the last 4.5 months we have uncovered numerous use cases including:
1. Finding new contacts within our ICP - and this enabled us to rock inbound leads. Within out this, we would have missed our Q3 goals.
2. Enriching data from conferences enabling us to have a real multi channel, multi treaded outreach.
3. Higher match rate on LinkedIn - our lists match at 90%; from here it has enabled us to bring down the cpc, cpl, and SALs.
4. Our conversion rate from MQL to SAL is over 90%, this shows that Primer is identifying the RIGHT contacts within our ICP.
Beyond the tool itself, Primer has one of the BEST support teams I have had the pleasure of working with.
1. Weekly touch points to ask what I need, any challanges they can help with and brainstorm ideas to meet my goals.
2. The continuous innovation, part of which includes feedback I have given on the "nice to haves".
3. I have access to the entire team via the Slack channel - this is amazing as I can ping any of the team members on questions, brainstorming, etc and response time is almost immediate!

Having the ability to target very precise audiences across multiple ad platforms has helped us improve performance of ads and responses in our outbound campaigns. Always love hearing our prospects tell us that they see our ads everywhere, on all their social platforms.
