What I find most valuable about the tool is how easy it is to customize. Dynamic applications are easy to create and implement.

The functionality to add gate information

I absolutely love the customization of the kanban board features - headers, tags, colors, assignees, due dates, etc. I find the ability to move items from column to column, which are also customizable, to be a dream! As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, it has been very rewarding for me to use the reporting feature to track the health of the assignments across the entire team. We have been able to use LeanKit's kanban board to better deliever our projects in a more effective manner instead of relying on people to recall the status of their projects. Transparency allows us to see where additional resources need to be plugged in on projects, which is helpful when prioritizing our to do lists on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Overall, LeanKit much easier than other tools in the marketplace.
