Easy to use navigation and user experience for customers

We switched from Bold to Paywhirl a few months ago, to change the structure of a subscription service from a perks-based membership to a product-based subscription. The customers are really enjoying the interface a lot more than they were with Bold, which was clunky and limited. When we run into issues, Paywhirl is quick to respond and help.
