Onboarder was very patient, helpful, and customized my texts and emails, and allowed me to NOT ask clients 3 times for a review (that's annoying! I only want to ask once). She also stayed on with me until I finished and repeatedly asked if I had any questions and gave me her direct number and email for later. so EXCELLENT customer service! I like that it integrates google, IG and facebook reviews into one place. I don't yet know how many reviews I"ll get, I only have 13 at the moment. But I'm doing a 4 month half-price trial, so hopefully will be worth it.
