The ability for multiple users to edit the document concurrently while maintaining section lock, ability to view redlining, and version control. We're also able to go back and review or revert to past versions.

It's very easy to create and upload contracts on Outlaw. It's very simple to pick up, and took me less than a week to get the hang of things and start executing contract in Outlaw. I also really like the version control feature for PDFs, it allows you to track your progress on contracts that were edited and created off of Outlaw and lets you go back to see what was changed at each stage. I also like that the team is constantly coming out with new features, it's not a full feature platform yet, but it's definitely getting there.

The platform is not only easy to operate for the average user, but also is very intuitive regarding editing and creating template documents. Outlaw is the best tool we found to support rapid generation of legal documents to support our sales staff in achieving their goals in reducing negotiation timelines.
