On top of the obvious benefit of seeing your organization top to bottom, the planning tool is incredibly useful. Our company does a lot of mergers & acquisition work, so the ability to fit potential new employees into our existing structure to better understand workload and budget is invaluable. We had Orgchart previously and when we moved to a new HR system that had an org chart built in, we didn't renew our subscription. After only a month or so we realized how handy OrgChart was and how much more capability it had than the basic HR system and we reinstated our account pretty quickly. The implementation went very smoothly and the account reps we worked with were very helpful.

OrgChart is easy to use, you don't need to have coding knowledge. We were able to utilize our brand colors in charts making them look seemless with other products we use. At times when I couldn't quite figure out how to do something, I have been able to review materials to figure things out on my own and when I've had to reach out to support they are quick to respond and resolve my issues (typically within a few hours max). We have a connection via ADP Work Force Now, so implementation was easy. We have not experienced any significant issues with downtime and our entire company has access to view and find colleagues.
