J'aime le plus la fonctionnalité de sondage de Marketizator car elle nous permet d'afficher une variété de sous-ensembles de questions après que le client a choisi une réponse spécifique. Cela le rend polyvalent et la question suivante est pertinente par rapport à la question précédente à laquelle le client a répondu, ce qui rend toute la conversation significative. Il propose 4 langues différentes au choix. La conversion de texte est très rapide et vous pouvez voir les changements au moment suivant. De plus, la génération de rapports est assez remarquable avec des analyses détaillées à travers des graphiques et des diagrammes circulaires. Vous pouvez également choisir vos propres thèmes pour les sondages.
