The best benefit I could have ever asked for at work

I've struggled to afford therapy in the past, so being offered unlimited therapy sessions through my workplace via Oliva was the best benefit I could ever have asked for. Mental health is so important, and I've been going through some traumatic experiences. Having my therapist meet me on a weekly basis to coach me through this difficult period in my life was everything. I don't think I would have gotten out the other side without her! The platform itself is super easy to use, and very intuitive, and the system of matching you with a therapist that specialises in what you need is a stroke of genius. The support from the team and extra services like huddles are also fantastic, and they've even co-hosted sessions on topics with our Head of People like imposter syndrome!
