Easy to use. There are no too fancy features but the base ones are perfectly covered. One of the most usefull feature for us is the application health monitoring, as we developped and used in all our project an open source Java library to expose different health keys to OhDear. Also we can get clean public monitoring page, available to our customers.

OhDear just works
Elegant status pages, it's always the first tool that notifies me when something goes wrong. It also gives feedback like when my websites load faster, which can also indicate that something is wrong.
It has much more features than I'm currently using, but everything has worked great so far.
