I appreciate how Nutshell simplifies a complicated sales process for both beginners and experienced sales representatives. Unlike larger, more cumbersome CRMs on the market, Nutshell features an intuitive drag-and-drop interface that makes it easy to move tasks around. Integrating into our phone system was a breeze! For me, sending emails or templated emails from within Nutshell has saved so much time from using a 3rd party email program and then having to mark the activity. Automated follow-ups, reminders, and lead assignments have also saved time. Other CRMs may have these features, but they go about it in a more cumbersome way - too many clicks, etc.

The user experience is easy to understand and navigate. The process of Activities & Tasks is straightforward, which helps me stay on task. The app works good enough to navigate when I'm away from my computer .

Simple, user-friendly interface. Easy to track sales opportunities through pipeline. Many features recently added and including voice-to-text for making notes & AI transcription for calls. When I do connect with support team, they're helpful.
