The best, most thorough and responsive team was the onboarding team. They were always amazing! Honestly customer support conversations were great too, but it was frustrating to learn that the tasks weren’t always submitted for completion.

The Nextiva software is great. Very easy to use and has terrific functions that assist all of the workers. All of the special features work great. No complaints form anyone. The phone work fantastic.

Voicemail transcription has made my work day so much easier.
