We onboard Narvar for both post-purchase communications and for automated returns

Clear and relatively simple integration with our systems. The customer success manager for both projects was very communicative - happy to help the other teams impacted by the system get more detail and get comfortable with the process. We had a walk-through of specifically where we can customize the experience for our brands within the platform, which was very helpful. When we experienced issues, their team resolved the tickets quickly.
