They haven't figured out the notice and warnings. I had set my domain to auto renew, I had entered my payment info, and they did not auto renew my domain. Fortunately, I was not on a vacation the day it happened. Apparently, you need to go to their renewal manager and put your payment info there and turn the auto renew there too. when my domain went down, and I complained to their dupport do you know what they said? "that is the configuration that you didn't know but you put a blame on us"
