Great resource to quickly launch a web app

|Material UI
We use Material-UI to save us on design time in building our web applications. Material-UI has a wide variety of designs - headers, footers, tables, forms, pop-ups, side bars - so we have not needed to code any design element ourselves.

A nice UI framework to use

Used and developed by google, if you want your UI to have look and feel of google and google related other apps, you should consider using Material-UI. It's easy to use and implement and gives you smooth mobile friendly UI components to integrate into your website.
