We really appreciate working with our account rep Abi who is very communicative and follows up as needed. Abi has passed on feedback to their dev team to work on platform updates/changes for us. Moxo a été un véritable atout pour notre entreprise. Nous intégrions auparavant nos clients par e-mail et SMS, mais avec les modèles de flux faciles à utiliser, nous sommes en mesure de créer une expérience client de haut niveau en moitié moins de temps. Nous avons de nouveaux clients ajoutés chaque jour grâce aux automatisations et le support client a été tout simplement exceptionnel. La configuration a été effectuée très rapidement et nous avons pu lancer notre produit en très peu de temps.
