Mo is really easy to use, it is great that you can select a topic for the type of Moment you are creating. Also like that dependant on the type there is also renumerations suggested already. Mo is less onerous than the previous system and you can choose who see's the Award too. Also think it is great that you can see how much money is left in the pot and when it is due to refresh.

Mo is an excellent way to keep up to date with my company and see what's going on within my colleague forum. I enjoy reading the praises of colleagues (myself included) as this inspires me to do even better each day in work.
