I love that Medrio is user friendly and easy to use. Many clinical database systems take extensive training to figure out how to use and are not aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Anyone can use Medrio, despite their technological skill set and background. The training guides are very helpful and the options to choose from within the database are easy to navigate. Medrio is very cost effective, which ultimately drives down pharma costs, allowing important clinical research to continue. Without cost effective solutions like Medrio, the scientists and doctors behind the clinical research would not have affordable options to choose from to pursue their research and conduct a clinical trial.

Staff is very helpful if we have a question. They respond in a timely manner and help until we get through our issue. My job is mainly deploying, working with the exports and helping the builders with issues.
