We made a major push in 2018 to update our Learning Management System and vendor. After comparing all requirements, we selected Ethink and the totara product. Ethink had the most flexibility and determination to meet all of our needs. After realizing they would have to custom-build an integration for us, it was quickly and effectively done. Since launching with Ethink, we have had a massive improvement in our user experience. The totara system and ethink service team means very rare outage or issue, and a quality product. Love the reporting options and exam stability with totara. Ethink staff are very friendly, prompt, reliable and expert in finding solutions. I was extremely happy with our implementation team.
